Our recent re-addition to the fur felt collection is the Ha Fur Felt Hat. Handmade in our workshop in Buenos Aires, this is made using the finest Argentine wild hare fur felt to ensure that it stands the test of time.

We originally designed and made this sharp looking model in the 1940s – a hybrid, bringing together the best of both worlds creating an incredibly versatile and practical all-rounder. Featuring the formality of our Andrés racing trilby with a traditional black ribbon and bow we have included the firm felt brim shaped to dip at the front and turn up at the back. We have then incorporated the practicality of our signature ‘Fer’ fedora by adding a wider 7cm brim and tear-drop shaped crown. Along with a comfort and grip of the elasticated band inside this hat will adapt to any social environment for many, many years to come.

Made from 100% wild hare fur felt the ‘Ha’ is water resistant and designed to withstand all kinds of weather. All that we ask is that if you have worn it out in the rain, please don’t try to speed dry it in an airing cupboard or on the radiator; leave the hat to dry at room temperature on a hook or upside down to preserve its shape and size!
